The MMB 304 Centrifuge is extremely efficient in removing fine solid particles and liquid contaminants from different kinds of mineral oils. We supply a full line of solids-retaining centrifugal separators and recommended centrifuge spare parts.

MMB 304S-11 Solids Retaining Centrifuge

The MMB 304 high speed disc stack centrifuge is designed for purification or clarification of distillates, marine diesel oils, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, and various mineral oils used on-board marine installations and in industrial applications. The MMB 304 solids retaining centrifuge is specifically designed for cleaning of mineral oils from water and solid particles (sludge).

MMB 304 Centrifuge Design

The MMB 304 separator consists of a frame lower part, intermediate part, frame top part, and frame hood. The separator is driven by an electric motor, friction coupling, flat belt, and vertical drive shaft. The motor drives the friction coupling, which drives the flat belt (belt driven), ensuring a gradual start, preventing overload. The MMB 304 oil separator requires an independent oil feed pump.
